Set-up and Strike Services
BOLD Event Rentals offers basic labour for set-ups and strikes with pricing based on the time and work involved. We require that these set up and strike services be booked, scheduled and paid for in advance. We are unable to guarantee last minute or emergency labour services so please give due consideration to your needs before your event date.
Delays due to venue restrictions, event schedule or other impediments to our being able to complete the work within the window confirmed will incur additional labour charges. Last minute service bookings may also incur premium charges.
For more elaborate designs, installations or strikes we are happy to refer our client to our colleagues, BOLD Event Design.
Some other design services of colleagues at BOLD Event Design offer are:
- Walk through tours or site checks of the venue(s).
- Floor plans of the event space and lay out recommendations.
- Story boards and illustrations of the décor.
- Sample table set-ups either at the venue or in our studio.

We know how important your event is and we would love to help you with other aspects to enhance your event even further. We work with the best people in the event industry from producers and planners to florists, caterers, photographers, musicians, tent and lighting designers, and we would be thrilled to recommend a few. In short we specialize in innovative decor and creative event design, and we know all the right people who specialize in everything else. Budget
If this is your first time planning and event and you need assistance in determining an appropriate budget one of our Rental Associates would be delighted to assist you. We feel confident that we can offer you a modest design between $10 and $40 per person. A fuller, more intricate design is available between $40 and $75 per person.
For full service design and elaborate installs our Rentals team would be delighted to refer you to our BOLD Event Design team who can assist with a guided creative development and execution for your event.
Whatever your budget once we have determined your requirements and flushed our your vision we will provide you with an itemized quote with estimated costs. In order to confirm your design and book our inventory we will require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
