Customer Pick Up & Return

We are pleased to offer customer pick up and return for smaller orders. Our warehouse is centrally located in Delta and our hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

 

Deliveries and Pick-ups

For orders of $500 or more, we are pleased to offer Delivery and Pick up services for an additional charge. 

Please note standard delivery rates are based on “curb to curb” service; additional charges will apply for long carries, stairs, elevators, or installations. These services are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $20/15 minutes.

To ensure a successful pick up please ensure all rental items are gathered together, stacked safely and that all items are returned in the containers they were shipped in. Orders that are not prepared for pick up will incur additional charges as outlined above.

For orders that can be accommodated by our Sprinter Van.:

  • Regular Delivery Window:
    • M-F, 9am to 5pm – $90.00, one way
  • Half-Day Delivery Window:
    • M-F, Morning (9am-1pm) – Please, contact us!
    • M-F, Afternoon (1pm-4pm) – Please, contact us!
  • Custom Delivery Window:
    • M-F, 30 minutes window of your choice – Please, contact us!
      After Hours Delivery Window:
    • M-F, 5 pm – 9 am – $250.00, one way.
    • Saturdays and Sundays – $250.00, one way.
    • Holidays – $250, one way

For orders that require our Truck:

  • Half-Day Delivery Window:
    • M-F, Morning (9am-1pm) – $250, one way
    • M-F, Afternoon (1pm-4pm) – $250, one way
  • Custom Delivery Window:

  • After Hours Delivery Window:
    • M-F, 6 pm – 8 am – $250.00 + Driver
    • Saturdays and Sundays – $250.00 + Driver
